Copy Technologies, a growing imaging supplies company, selected ASE to assist with the establishment of its web presence. In this initiative, selected information from SAP Business One was extended to wholesale partners in a secure, self-help framework. ASE has been a trusted business partner of The US Virgin Islands Legislature through several election cycles. USVI Legislature selected ASE to implement a business management system that would meet a large number of automation needs. ASE successfully filled these requirements by automating financial reporting, check processing, departmental expenditure tracking, fund management, inventory management and distribution. ASE also project managed the implementation of all supporting network systems infrastructure. Now government employees among islands have secure thin client access to the remote business management applications that make them productive.
US Virgin Islands Port Authority has been an ASE business partner for 12 years. ASE implemented a business management system and supporting network infrastructure that allows VIPA to manage fixed assets, purchasing, inventory, payroll, and human resources. ASE has enabled VIPA to put their arms around large property management contracts with recurring invoices. Also through ASE services, VIPA has secure thin client access to remotely work in their business management system. ASE designed and implemented a wireless billing and collection system that integrates with VIPA receivables functions. Average collection time was radically reduced.
